In 1992, Ron and Don Padgett started a building and remodeling company on a simple promise: ethics, integrity, and quality craftsmanship, with no shortcuts. They earned the loyalty of their customers and the respect of the community one finished kitchen and one finished basement at a time.
Today the company is led by second-generation owner David Padgett, who grew up on these job sites. The crews his dad and uncle trusted are still the crews on your project, and the standard is exactly the same. When you call, you talk to a real person who knows your name.
That is the Padgett Way, and after more than 30 years in Swansea, it is still the only way we know how to work.
