We shape the floor plan around how you actually live, set the budget honestly, and refine the drawings until the house on paper is the one in your head.
Site & foundation
Permits, site evaluation, and the foundation. The unglamorous stage that everything above ground depends on, done by the book.
Framing to finish
Structure, mechanicals, kitchens and baths, trim and millwork, all coordinated by one project manager so you always know what is happening and who is on site.

A final walkthrough together, a real warranty behind the work, and the front-door key in your hand. Then we are still a phone call away.

Do you build on my lot or do you have lots?
We build on your lot, and we can help you evaluate a site you are considering. Bring us the land and the vision and we will tell you honestly what it will take to build there.
Can I bring my own plans, or do you design too?
Both. If you have plans or an architect, we build from them. If you are starting from a Pinterest board and a wish list, we help develop the design into a buildable plan.
How do you handle pricing on a custom home?
We price the home based on your scope and finishes and keep you informed as decisions are made. The Padgett Way means no surprise change orders: you know what it costs before we build it.
